Hospitals across the country (and beyond) continue to face high performance pressures while stemming the burnout tide among clinicians and non-clinicians. How can we create and foster a work environment where there is alignment, autonomy, and everybody thrives while delivering high value for our patients? In this talk, Dr. Gallani will discuss some of the key lessons from the literature and from her own research that can contribute to a favorable transformation of healthcare delivery organizations.
